Even in the midst of COVID19 restrictions, the JCBC team is excited to share some of our latest research! Here is our fabulous RA Alexandra Ng presenting her NeuroBoston.org Fall Symposium poster in which we found interesting sex differences in expression of corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1 and cannabinoid receptor 1 in the insular cortex.

Next up is graduate student Anthony Djerdjaj bringing an update to an ongoing project in which we investigate the role of basolateral amygdala neurons that project to the insular cortex in social affective behaviors.
